Magnificent newly built American-style villa designed to combine aesthetics, functionality, acoustic comfort and low maintenance requirements.
We designed Double78 wood-aluminium windows with total thickness of 100 mm and 58 mm acoustic triple glazing, including arched, fixed and motorized pivot openings.
The selected profile was the “Storico” model with English-style frames, perfectly matching the refined character of the house.
All windows were installed on insulated Alpac frames.
A grand entrance door measuring 2960 x 2770 mm was custom-made with side glazed panels and arched transom.
Due to the large dimensions and weight of the glazing systems, special concealed hardware with supporting arms and steel cable safety devices was used.
In this project, windows play a central architectural role, shaping light and enhancing the elegant Anglo-Saxon style of the entire property.
